Mr. Narendra Nath Misra

Mr. Narendra Nath Misra is a B.E. (Electrical) from NIT Rourkela. He is a former Director (Operations), NTPC Limited having 37 years' experience with NTPC. As Director (Operations) of NTPC, he was responsible for sustained and efficient performance of its power stations, fuel sourcing and management of fuel for a fleet of 114 nos. of coal and 41 nos. of gas based units spread across the length and breadth of the country. He has in depth experience in all facets of the power sector like design, engineering, contracts and procurement, human resources and operation services. He has represented India in CIGRE (International Conference on Large High Voltage Electrical System) and has contributed in many Study Committees and Working Groups of CIGRE.

Mr. Sanjeev Churiwala

Mr. Sanjeev Churiwala has more than 27 years of experience in operational and finance leadership roles in functions such as Commercial, Business Development, M&A, Treasury & Investor Relations, Tax and Strategy, overseeing all areas of Finance in manufacturing & FMCG industries across his stints in India & abroad with large organisations such as Diageo and Holcim. Mr. Churiwala has a successful track record and diverse experience in leading the finance function and working with Boards, CEOs and Top Management, delivering Business and Finance transformation. In Diageo India, Sanjeev delivered a comprehensive finance transformation, capital restructuring and debt reduction for its India operations. Before joining Diageo India, he was associated with Holcim’s Indian listed subsidiary Ambuja Cements for over 20 years in various capacities.

Mr. Churiwala is an all-India rank holder Chartered Accountant, a member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and also a member of Institute of Cost Accountants of India. He holds an Executive MBA in Finance and Marketing from the London Business School, UK.

Mr. Suneet Kumar Mathur

Mr. Suneet Mathur is a Post Graduate in Chemistry. He joined State Bank of India (SBI) as a Probationary Officer in 1980. He superannuated from SBI in 2018 as Chief General Manager. He has also worked in IDBI Bank Limited as Executive Director, for more than 3 years, on deputation from SBI. He has also worked as President & CEO of Commercial Indo Bank LLC, MOSCOW, Russia, which is a subsidiary of SBI & was responsible for Banks overall operations in Russia. He has vast experience of nearly 38 years in Banking having worked in almost all the areas of Banking , namely Planning, Operations , Business Process Re-engineering , Retail Banking, Commercial Banking , International Banking, Vigilance & Ethics Departments. He is also a recipient of Vigilance Excellence Award from the Vice President Of India.

Mr. Mohit Batra

Mohit Batra is the Executive Director on the Board of ICICI Venture, which is ICICI group alternative assets company, where he leads the Infrastructure practice. He joined ICICI Bank in 1992 and worked in the areas of corporate and project finance across a range of manufacturing sectors. He then moved to Mumbai as a part of ICICI Bank’s newly set up Infrastructure SBU and in 2004 was given the responsibility to Head the Project Finance Group which worked across the entire spectrum of Telecom, Manufacturing, Infrastructure, and Oil & Gas industries. In addition, Mohit was also involved in the strategic finance and advisory services offered by ICICI Bank including M&A, transaction structuring, acquisition financing etc. for the period 2006-07. Mohit has experience of around 150 deals including Public Private Partnerships aggregating to a project cost of over USD 77 billion. He has worked across the entire Capital structure including equity, subordinated /mezzanine debt and senior debt with total financing committed of around USD 36 billion.

Mohit has operated at the board level of companies and has had hands on experience in project finance, corporate banking, equity investing, strategic finance and resolution of stressed assets. He has in the past worked on several infrastructure policy initiatives undertaken by the Government in the areas of power, airports, telecom and roads.

At ICICI Venture, Mohit is responsible for infrastructure investments including Resurgent Power, which is a Power Platform co-sponsored with Tata Power for buy-out of Indian power assets.

Mr. Vijay V. Namjoshi

Mr. Vijay Vinayak Namjoshi, aged 57 years, is a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from Sardar Patel College of Engineering, Mumbai. Mr. Namjoshi joined the Tata Power in the year 1983 as a Graduate Engineer Trainee and has worked more than 34 years in various functions/ divisions of the Company like Trombay MMD, ERP- Maithon-Mechanical, Special projects in O&M etc. He also held the position of Chief Jojobera, Chief Executive Officer of Coastal Gujarat Power Limited and is presently Chief Generation of Tata Power.

Ms.Rita Sinha

Ms. Rita Sinha aged 70 years, is an M.A. in Geography from Punjab University, Chandigarh. She retired from the I.A.S. in July 2010 from the post of Secretary to the Government of India, Department of Land Resources, Ministry of Rural Development. She has held several assignments both in the Central and State Governments in a career spanning almost 38 years. Ms. Sinha has been a Director on the Power Grid Corporation of India Ltd. from 2011 till 2014. Currently, she is an Independent Director on the Board of Powerlinks Transmission Limited.

Mr.K N Shrivastava

Mr. K. N. Shrivastava aged 66 years, is a retired IAS officer from 1978 Batch, Karnataka Cadre, Government of India. Mr. Shrivastava has over 40 years of experience in Public Administration. Currently, he is a member of Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT), New Delhi. His last assignment as IAS officer was Secretary, Ministry of Civil Aviation, Government of India, New Delhi.
