Extended Maternity Leave, Surrogacy Leave & Adoption Leave
In continuation to the statutory 26-weeks Maternity Leave, women employees can opt for an additional 4 weeks of Extended Maternity Leave. Surrogacy Leave and Adoption Leave of 3 months is applicable to women employees choosing to become parents.
Safety & Care for woman at workplace
Special provisions for travel and ensuring safety of women colleagues working till late are in place to ensure a safe and healthy work environment. Sensitisation to Prevention of Sexual Harassment policy and training for self-defence are organised for enabling an informed and empowered work culture
