Mr. Narendra Nath Misra is a former Director (Operations), NTPC Limited having 37 years' experience with NTPC. As Director (Operations) of NTPC, he was responsible for sustained and efficient performance of its power stations, fuel sourcing and management of fuel for a fleet of 114 nos. of coal and 41 nos. of gas based units spread across the length and breadth of the country. He has in depth experience in all facets of the power sector like design, engineering, contracts and procurement, human resources and operation services. He has represented India in CIGRE (International Conference on Large High Voltage Electrical System) and has contributed in many Study Committees and Working Groups of CIGRE.

Mr. Suneet Mathur is a Post Graduate in Chemistry. He joined the State Bank of India (SBI) as a Probationary Officer in 1980. He superannuated from SBI in 2018 as Chief General Manager. He has also worked in IDBI Bank Limited as Executive Director, for more than 3 years, on deputation from SBI. He has also worked as President & CEO of Commercial Indo Bank LLC, MOSCOW, Russia, which is a subsidiary of SBI & was responsible for Banks overall operations in Russia. He has vast experience of nearly 38 years in Banking having worked in almost all the areas of Banking , namely Planning, Operations , Business Process Re-engineering , Retail Banking, Commercial Banking , International Banking, Vigilance & Ethics Departments. He is also a recipient of Vigilance Excellence Award from the Vice President of India.
Mr. K. N. Shrivastava is a retired IAS officer from 1978 Batch, Karnataka Cadre, Government of India. Mr. K N Shrivastava has over 40 years of experience in Public Administration. Ms. Rita Sinha is a retired I.A.S. officer from the post of Secretary to the Government of India, Department of Land Resources, Ministry of Rural Development. Ms. Sinha has been a Director on the Power Grid Corporation of India Ltd. from 2011 till 2014. She was an Independent Director on the Board of Maithon Power Limited.
Mr. Ashish Khanna, a renewable energy industry veteran, is a campaigner for 'green growth' and is on a quest to accelerate the clean energy realm in India. He was at the forefront of leading the renewables business of Tata Power as CEO of Tata Power Renewable Energy Limited (TRPEL), wherein he is conferred with responsibility for the firm’s clean energy business.
Formerly, he was also the CEO and Managing Director of Tata Power Solar Systems. With his optimistic vision for clean energy, he made the portfolio grow multifold. In May 2018, he took on the direct responsibility of enhancing the renewables revenue for Tata Power Group, and he assertively projected to scale up its generation capacity to 15 GW by 2025. Mr. Khanna, a visionary with immense industry expertise, began his scintillating journey with Tata Power in 2007. He worked for Tata Power’s 4,000 MW Mundra ultra mega power project and was responsible for contracts and performance during project execution. His strongest suit is his execution of strategic efforts to improve contract performance and guarantee alignment with corporate goals. He brings over 27 years of experience in operational and finance leadership roles with hands-on experience in managing the entire gamut of finance, reporting & controlling of listed companies, and exposure to projects, supply chain, fundraising, forex management, M&A, contract negotiations and turnarounds. In his last role as Regional Finance Director-APAC & Global Travel Retail, Diageo oversaw multiple country businesses in APAC with an annual turnover of over $ 2.2 billion. In Diageo India, Mr. Churiwala delivered a comprehensive finance transformation, capital restructuring and debt reduction for its India operation. Before joining Diageo India, he was associated with Holcim's Indian listed subsidiary Ambuja Cements for over 20 years in various capacities. Mr. Churiwala is an all India rank holder Chartered Accountant, a member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India arid Institute of Cost Accountants of India. He holds an Executive MBA from the London, Business School, UK.
Mr. Santanu Biswas has ~23 years’ experience in Indian financing space, particularly Infrastructure, covering both debt and equity. Since joining ICICI Venture in October 2014, Santanu has been part of the team that set up a Platform focused on buy-out of power projects in India. Prior to joining ICICI Venture, Santanu had spent ~9 years in ICICI Bank (Project Finance Group, focusing on Power sector and International Syndications Group) and ~4 years in Citigroup Global Markets India (Capital Markets team focusing on providing debt solution to Indian corporates).

Mr. Vijay Vinayak Namjoshi is Chief Generation of Tata Power Company Limited since Feb 2020. He holds bachelor’s degree of Mechanical Engineering from Sardar Patel College of Engineering, Mumbai. He joined the Tata Power in the year 1983 as a Graduate Engineer Trainee and has worked more than four decades in various functions/ divisions of the Company. During his illustrious career he has held various positions in the areas like Deputy Project Manager – Maithon, Special projects in O&M, Chief – Jojobera Thermal Power station, Chief Executive Officer of Coastal Gujarat Power Limited etc. He has been instrumental in leveraging RCM & digital solutions to achieve O&M excellence in thermal Generation. As Chief Generation, he provides strategic vision and overall direction to Operating divisions for achieving its corporate objectives.
He is on the board of Tata Power subsidiary companies like Maithon Power Ltd, Industrial Energy Ltd & Prayagraj Power Generation Company Limited.
Mr. Panda is an Engineering graduate from NIT, Silchar and a Post graduate in Power Generation Technology from IIT Delhi. He also holds certificate in Advanced management Programme from IIM, Ahmedabad. He has over 33 years of experience in reputed organizations like NTPC, Tata Power in the field of Project Engineering, Power Pant O&M, Technology and Digitalization. He has been pioneering the Digitalization journey in Tata Power and embedding it with Core Technology. He was spearheading the Reliability Centred Maintenance (RCM) Initiative at Tata Power with an aim to optimize maintenance practices with data driven approach and digital tools. He was the Chief – Operations & Maintenance at Maithon Power Limited ( A JV of Tata Power and DVC) before being deputed as CEO and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of Prayagraj Power Generation Company Limited (PPGCL) by The Tata Power Company Limited (Tata Power) effective 16th December 2022.
Mr. Prasad Sadashiv Bagade is a Chartered Accountant, Company Secretary and Graduate of Institute of Cost Accountants of India and has more than 25 years of experience in Finance & Accounts. Mr. Bagade has been associated with Tata Power Group since 2012. He has vast experience in Corporate Accounts, Insurance and MIS. He has worked with B K Khare & Co., Nandi Engineering Ltd., TC Springs Ltd. , Sulzer India Ltd., Automotive Stampings & Assemblies Ltd. With effect from 1st June 2022, he has been deputed as CFO and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of Prayagraj Power Generation Company Limited.
Ms. Malik has 17+ years of work experience in automobile segment, renewable energy area and other manufacturing segments. Prior to joining PPGCL, she was associated with Tata Power Group as Company Secretary of Tata Power Trading Company Ltd. She has handled various portfolios such as Risk Management and CSR. She is also a Certified BCMS ISO 22301:2019 Lead Auditor.
